Letter to Raleigh News & Observer [to CPWJ Letters page] [ to CPWJ home page] May 2, 2003Speaking out Thanks for publishing the April 19 Point of View article by Rachel Bearman and Jessica Rutter regarding the killing of Rachel Corrie of Charlotte by an Israeli bulldozer. It was particularly meaningful to have members of the Jewish community speak out about the violations of human rights imposed on the Palestinians by the Israelis in light of the unconditional support for Israel by the administration and most of the media.
